Promotion delay No increment if you are from good OEM with good salary but tier 3 supplier persons will het more hike every year as their salary is less. Too bad .

Many people not interested to work in ALSTOM too much politics old people killing others and new joiners carrier

...STOM sricity plant Last 3 months more than 40 peoples were resigned forcefully with out any proper reason Partiality in salary hike Wrong people getting promotion if boss is like Alstom selecting good peoples from market and spoiling their life

Nothing like dislike just improvemnt which is required is employ engagemant program should be now physical rather than online rest all is fine .

In this role I had very good work life balance and got lot of learnings. I was never worried about getting lynched from company as Railways is a very stable business.

Dislikes

The salary's were never on par with industry. Tendency is to not to promote and there is no long term vision. And the promotions are never based on the skill/merit but based on who cries loud.

Nothing, only package.

Dislikes

No new technologies or tools implemented same old process which was used 10 years ago and all manual work.Too much politics and stress from managers .work culture is not good and you have to answer phone calls even at Night if not will be targeted.
