Planning and execution is not good in some projects. Compensation raise is mediocre. Better to have a good deal before joining.

Best in Railway sector. Exposure is really good. Innovations are respected and promoted.

Middle Management in India is not good which increases people to leave Alstom. Passionate and technically sound people should be given good opportunities and better pay.

Job Security, Management is good, No hard Core policies.

Dislikes

To much work load, Less Salary hike, If you work more, will get work more, Management will always keep saying that IS&T we are not the revenue generators, the people who work in Factory and making train are the revenue generator, which is not professional. When it is appraisal time, manager will always be ready with 3 negative points about you. No cab facility for 9-6 shift.

Overall good policies benefitting employees. Job security and lot of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Pay less salary compared to industry norms. Many managers are not good and do not treat all team members equal.
