...ey never kept their commitments . *Management revolves around Spanish Expats *They reduced salary during Covid and declare no increments during this period . Where people of higher management get very good hikes during this period . * Employees are so unproductive . It seems to be in trap through out my journey . * HR policies are pathetic . No HR for India . * No growth opportunity .
