Work-Life balance is good, Apart from that nothing interest to tell

Dislikes

At the time of recruitment, they will give a huge salary. After that, they will not give increment for 2-3 years. They will never pay the Variable Bonus. The HR team will not even listen to employees. They will not help even if it is company-related work. i.e Change in PF account, NPA opening, or Food Card

The only plus point of working with this company is work life balance and the inflated salary that you would see compared to your home country salary.

Dislikes

No growth, no promotion, no career development. You will remain at same salary for years. They have outdated systems, learning which would not help you in your career.
