... due to changes from the last year it becomes very difficult to work over there. Salary compensation is not upto the mark.

salary and benefits. company always taking care the employee. what ever the staff needed company always provided what they need. so if i have a chance to work again in this company will grab again the opportunity.

the management in Logistics Warehouse in Riyadh. specially Asick, Shabeer, and Suraj.... they don't care the situation of their staff under them. how many times we escalate to them our situation in our team. but there is no solution from them. if our team did a great job the credit are fort them only. but if we did a mistake they are always blaming us.... if we try to explain to them the issue why we make mistake instead they listen and give any solution. they don't care... they need only are good result... i worked before in restaurant under Alshaya Group also. and my experienced there is different. our worked is under pressured because of the customer but because we are working together as one team and we supporting each other including the high management. the operation working smoothly and organized. but in logistics under in our team we didn't feel the support from our superior.... i am passionate and hardworking, if i have chance to work again in Logistics Alshaya. i wll not under Asick, Shabeer and Suraj......

Worked with great leaders before who are no longer in the company, new leader are more self focused .

That many leaders/Senior management work only for Anual bonus , where athey went to any limited focus on that . Not caring about the brand company or team members

100% salary guarantee.. Some people are very good by heart and IT sector is very good

No work culture.. And people not give respect and especially in finance.. No worklife balance.. Saturday and sunday you will working.. Stressful and pressure job and small mistakes there will high level escalation.. High risk job

Everything. worst company. Pathetic management. manager will keep an eye on you everytime. You are not allowed to talk to your opposite gender people. You are not to make friends.
