Highly highly political environment, you really need to be their favourite or have a godfather in the company to grow. Your opinion won't matter if you don't have an influential person next to you. There are groups to make you leave the company and pressurize you. Your performance doesn't matter, even if you are an excellent performer you need to know someone in the company to protect yourself.

At the time of recruitment, they will give a huge salary. After that, they will not give increment for 2-3 years. They will never pay the Variable Bonus. The HR team will not even listen to employees. They will not help even if it is company-related work. i.e Change in PF account, NPA opening, or Food Card
