The salary is poor. As i worked for this company i got 2000sr per month. No increament on salary for 5 years.

...t or professional experience. No career growth here & unsatisfied with job work. No salary increase, promotion, bonus, etc. After joining the company. Wait for 10 years or look for a job change. Company environment is only suited to favorable employees rather than looking for KPI, Performance & professional wise.

... in India 🇮🇳 because of covid19 issues, so I think I can't come back now.. But Alsafi support me very good,gives me leav with basic salary. And I appreciate that. ... do things and we can't control expire so obviously we can't get our commission. I think company should gives a better salary increment for once in every year. And one more thing is, company should provide family 👪 visa for employees those who are willing to live with their own.

Great work on packaging in last 7 years, AlSafi Danone gave oppourtinity to implement many new ideas on 22 technologies and most of them remain successful. Talent and courage gets way forward here

During COVID-19 situation they are cut employees' salaries and other benefits as well. Changing is going on in the organization without proper communication with employees.

Dislikes

They have terminated several employees (non-saudis / expat) in the past and it's still going on by the name of productivity and cost optimization, they want to keep only particular employees with a bad reputation from previous companies and they are only getting good salaries and promotions.
