First of all. am very happy to be a part of Alsafi Danone. I got a lot of experiences from alsafi. All colleagues from various part of the world are combine Nd work together. I like the way management gives a good respect and provides good accommodation for employees as well. Now I'm trapped in India 🇮🇳 because of covid19 issues, so I think I can't come back now.. But Alsafi support me very good,gives me leav with basic salary. And I appreciate that. And I hope I will be join soon after this pandamic issues. Of course the most important thing..."compensation".. It was OK.. Bt I think growth level is very slow... Nd sometimes people cnt handle the work pressure without a good benefits. Sometimes we are forced and pushed to do things and we can't control expire so obviously we can't get our commission. I think company should gives a better salary increment for once in every year. And one more thing is, company should provide family 👪 visa for employees those who are willing to live with their own....Read More
