Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I worked 15 Years in Al-Saad General Contracting and assigned my duties in several designation (Multitask Works) like as Senior Document Controller, Procurement Officer, Administrator, Executive Secretary, Store Manager etc....., I had chances truly hone my skill-set and the works assign to me and I am always thankful to Al-Saad for the opportunities provided to me.
