Best company , salary is good , person life is good. cooperative staff, helped me at the time of covid. helped in transportation , food and hospital. gave me 50000 as insurance money. health insurance is good received 19000 for child delivery.

Salary benefits are lower than the regional standard since inflation is increasing year by year according benefits are not adjusted.

The good thing about working in ALPLA is that you will have enormous chance to learn new technology and tools. Not only technical part but also you will have an opportunity to learn soft skills. The company culture is good except few plant units.

Dislikes

The company's salary structure for executive and below is below par with the industry standard. Also sometimes the work life balance gets affected in few unit. Please remember there are few units where you will find a good work life balance too.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

What I like most about working at Alpla is that people live there like a family. If someone has a problem, they solve it together. If you commit a mistake, you get proper training for it so that you do not repeat the same mistake again. I like all these things about Alpla.

Dislikes

I like alpla the policies of my company. After some time, to learn something different, one has to go to another place because when one goes to a different place, one gets to learn something new. The ideal place is a new environment, a new colour and one gets to learn new things.
