Best company , salary is good , person life is good. cooperative staff, helped me at the time of covid. helped in transportation , food and hospital. gave me 50000 as insurance money. health insurance is good received 19000 for child delivery.

The good thing about working in ALPLA is that you will have enormous chance to learn new technology and tools. Not only technical part but also you will have an opportunity to learn soft skills. The company culture is good except few plant units.

The company's salary structure for executive and below is below par with the industry standard. Also sometimes the work life balance gets affected in few unit. Please remember there are few units where you will find a good work life balance too.
