The trainer was the only person who was good.

Dislikes

The company won't pay you salary on time, always they will pay after 10th of next month, that too after delay, the will say various reasons to deduct your salary. 40% of my salary was deducted for no reason, when asked they said, I came late for 25 days. Seriously the worst company ever, who ever is reading this, kindly don't join that company

...any sop for the employees. Deducts pf but haven't credited pf for past 7 months. Salary date is 5th but credits above 20th of every month. Too much pressure. Affects the quality of mental health

Work culture is average, since it's a start up stage company, organizing is a tough call and hierarchy communication needs improvement. Yet they pulled it off very well. Overall supportive Management and good Team Lead.

Dislikes

Leave policy and salary are not handled properly by HR. Otherwise, not a bad experience.
