Nepotism is increasing every year. No respect for diversity. Team meetings happening in Marathi. More personal less professional.

The company overall is good but the department I am in is very toxic. HR puts a blind eye to the toxic, inhumane, unjust, unfair and erratic behaviour we face on a daily basis. Almost everyone in the team shared their issues and has complained about it. Everyone knows what is happening but nothing's changed. So you know the kind of culture we have here.

Dislikes

Managers compare themselves to Musk and Bezos, but in reality they have no vision and lack basic managerial skills. This is a fact! Their bad decisions will lead to our downfall. Better do a research about the team you are joining and then make an informed decision.

One of the best companies to work for. Benefits: Insurance provided by company for self and family. First friday of every month is half day. Great learning path for QA

Hardworking employees get the work from others' plate too. But that is case for every other company.

Salary is fine. And they offer work from home

Dislikes

Findata team sucks, their management sucks, they just chase deadlines and no grooming of projects. They create breakout rooms for even little projects and do micro management of your work. Its a thing across all backend teams. Everyone works 12 hours a day and dont get appreciated for it.

Alphasense provides a good opportunity to apply and learn different skills on the job. It gives people the freedom to work as we do in startups. We have really amazing years ahead to let people grow and learn in many different areas.
