Likes

Nothing. Highly unprofessional attitude of the founder as even unable to offer basic stuff/tools to it’s employees.

Dislikes

1)Unprofessional attitude (Mizer) of the founder. 2) Offering very low compensation even lower than the industry’s standards. 3) No HR who could handle the formal onboarding. 4) Problem even with issuing of the offer letter.
