Our organization is one of the largest leather manufacturers in East Africa. Located in Kenya, offers a wide variety of knowledge for the newcomers.Although the country is not superior to every one, it brings so much of eye catching natural sceneries. Our organization is a multilingual and has so many people's from around the globe. It gives a great opportunity for me to collaborate with so many people's. But as far as career growth it is average and doesn't offer much. As a employee, I implement lot of innovative ideas and it works wonder. Particularly about work life balance, we have ample amount of leisure hours so that we can engage in a place of tranquility.

Dislikes

The thing which I disliked is the long working hours. I recommend my organization to conduct more games so that one can ease out from concrete jungle and soothe them in the proper way. As far as appraisal, I recommend to review employees for once in a month so that it will encourage them to go into the next level.
