Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

... teammates are good in nature and helps each other. Good for fresher to start. Salary will pay time to time

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow.Work pressure is very high.Not confirm about next day work. They will send you any where any time as per client requirement.Travel in night and work in day holiday will get in between 10 days .

There is nothing to dislike...but one thing if you asked...I dont like the the location of head office in Ahmedabad...its a very big company..In my opinion the head office should be in Delhi NCR or in Banglore..

The company paymant mathod is good . And it is a good plaitform for fressers to learn about his work.

Dislikes

In this company the manager is very criticel type of person. And he always says about his policies . And he asks every time for miner bills and tickets . Workload every time no time for sleep No opportunities for employes .no bones In any situation they would be change the rul. And anytime says about policies.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

All things are good only working time is not fixed. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day I have to attend calls in the evening and sometimes into the night
