As it is a startup company it has some merits like chances of learning new and work life balance will be the additional benifit.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

As they are startup company they are highly dependent on employees. Unfortunately they are depending on the employees who are having less experience. The management don't have clear picture how a PV organization works. They are very focused on getting clients instead of getting employees.
