Clients are very few, slow appraisal, no proper offboarding system, ignorance of HR for ex employees, giving bad remarks for ex employees during bgc, late incentive/no incentive.

That they gives chance to every fresher who wish to work and capable of doing it.

Dislikes

Their behavior when any employee leaves the corporation. They behave like a kid. Not accepting resignations, not providing reliving letter, not providing their incentives, not doing employees complete FNF and much more are the things from which they need to level up.
