2 Saturday off The people around were very nice But not the SM members

Dislikes

Lots of work, less salary, no appreciation, if you are facing some problems then HR will not do anything she will give you the opposite answers and will make your mouth shut, HR is not for the employees, I was very happy in the beginning but slowly I faced the reality

At the beginning they receive you very well, make you almost part of the family

Once you resign the real problem starts. Terrible release with most hilarious relieving letter, did not pay notice period when I was ready to serve, did not pay salary for one week.

This is the best place for anyone to start as a Fresher or having 2 year experience. Because you get to learn and work on everything. The company culture is very open and there is visibility of your efforts to the management and they have clear plans for each one's growth. If you are dedicated, performing and accountable, company will watch you and promote you. I had interest in Development from start but joined in Application Support and did well but then wanted to make a career in Development so after constant push to management I was moved to Development role.

Earlier when I had joined there were hardly any trainings given but once me and my peers joined we were told to change the culture and train everyone who comes new and every year the training plan improved. So it is not a dislike but something good As you stay longer in the company lot of responsibilities come up to you, you manage and lead things and take ownership which over the years affects work-life balance as one has to juggle between multiple things. But in that process one becomes mature too.

The company's culture is warm, each one is treated as a family member and there are tremendous growth opportunities. Each employee(Apple as they call) is valued and given due respect, opportunity and career growth Each year they hire freshers from colleges and each year their training process improves wit a cumbersome GET training process followed on technical, functional as well as product angles. Technical tests are taken after the training, post that one is assigned project. There are multiple projects with technologies like .NET, C#, Angular, .NET Core, JS, SQL Each resource assigned to a project, learns while doing the job & applies what was learnt in college & training session. Later becomes accountable or gets ownership of the project under Seniors and leaders. Agile methodology and Scrum processes are followed. Application Support team also are taught troubleshooting skills and assigned Clients which are banks for which they do installation, deployment and CRM. It has the biggest Business development team and the company's CEO who overlooks this team, makes sure each one gets banking and product knowledge. The department head and TLs in Marketing have sound knowledge about the market, product & know how to handle customers and get business A BDE gets groomed to a great professional after being there for a year, thereby learning about Banking compliance terms and meeting the top management leaders in banks. Each BDE is generally an Engineer taken from college and as they grow become MKT professionals. I was from the first batch of freshers from college in this company and have been worked in Support, Development, QA as well as got 3 promotions for my 5 year tenure. The compensations like PF do not exist but you have job security as the company has lot of work. This is the best company for a fresher to join as he/she gets transformed 360 degrees. The people who imbibe the culture, grasp and grow faster. People stay longer here. They have cultural events

As the company caters to Indian clients like banks, there is no scope for foreign opportunities unless they plan for selling their potentially global products, overseas. Once you get tenured and assigned additional responsibilities, the pressure and stress-levels increase but it's good for learning especially when you have joined early like 0-3 years experienced. At my time, they were no flexible timings, but in a way it helps to get punctual; however, one is given choose time-slots to adhere to. Business development executives have to travel for client visits in Mumbai or PAN India but are compensated for costs of travel and stay. It's good for one who loves travelling, exploring, meeting new people and learning about the diverse business minds across India.
