This Company recognized as west of Time, Money & Carrier. No job security at all. Directors are latterly doing blunder with their employee salary. Job security is only for their relatives. If u go against them, will loose job immediately. Directors mentality is like use employee during probation period and remove employee before confirmation date. They will terminate their employees in very small issues. Literally they are playing with emotions & carrier with employees.
