Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I worked there 1.5 year as a accountant if when we join there we can learn to much, it's good place to learn & as per performance we can get increase our good salary now I am missing that company because I got new job.

Dislikes

When we went dislike facilities is not there we can learn more but nothing president is there it is workplace not a a facilities place it is a nice company if we learn there we can get opportunities in in other companies this is the benefit there apart that we can't grow in alpha meditech because it is not big company it is a small company in that company less employees there only they will managing the company .
