That was worst decision of join this AlphaMD organisation.That place was for like hell. Working environment was very bad .They don't supported me or any other person and very terrible people runs that organisation. The work culture was toxic, with unethical practices It's evident that the leadership promotes a culture of discrimination and recism

This is an ideal place to work. I don' think that ill get any other opportunity like this in my life. We are free to try new things. The management is too good and supportive. Work culture is ideal.

Very disappointing experience with Alpha MD. Unprofessional behavior from management. Final payments were not received at all. Hiring practices are questionable designations are vague so they can assign any work. Lack of professionalism create a chaotic environment. Based on my experience i would not recommend Alpha MD to anyone.

No job security😡, treats you badly ,when I joined there I was very happy ,as everyone is happy about there first job ,but there is no future because very toxic work culture, they will treat you nicely on face but behind they will insult you , .y request for anyone who will join ,go run away

Company's work environment is good. If interested to learn and grow skillset, they provide opportunities. Learning and improving skillset matters to grow professionally and they are helping me with that.

Nothing Specific, Just some team members are gossip Kings and Queens, and not interested to grow professionally.
