Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Growth is slow & work pressure is high sometimes I have to work 14,18 hrs straight ok in a day as I have to attend the client call evening & sometimes late into the night . Manager do not value an individual unique strengths , which is why I have tomtake back my suggestions.

The MD is informal and easily approachable. Company policy is client satisfaction. The chain of command is generally followed. Work culture is efficient and supportive.
