The people are very well cultured and helpful. The project managers are humble and helpful.

Dislikes

Salaries are low (deserving employees are not paid well, instead many unnecessary employees are there and paid well!), and there is no code quality or code review! There are process and regulations designed by founder but still few people follow it.
