This startup is poorly managed, particularly with Sujit Nephad in a senior role. He takes credit for others' work, provides negative feedback for HR and teams, and delays salary payments. Despite complaints to the company director, there's no support. The company lacks learning opportunities, and termination follows project completion, making it an unsuitable place to work. I wanted to share my experience at the startup and provide insights into the work environment. Unfortunately, the company, particularly with Sujit Nephad in a senior role, exhibits poor management practices. Sujit tends to take credit for others' work, offers negative feedback for HR and teams, and is responsible for delayed salary payments. Despite raising complaints with the company director, there has been no supportive action.
