Teammates are good and supportive, they not give any training we have to understand by our own. No transport facility available

Co-workers are helpful , salary is added regularly bt the date was not confirmed in monthly after day 10 upto 20 no proper equipment was available employee has to do adjustment overall no work life

Need to improve employees security for future, need to improve essential facilities about health,one man show is also very bad procedure here,and mainly when production is not satisfactory to customer,then RND is very essential, there should be make some changes or change the particular part.
