This is good compony for fresher's, Here we can learn much more things. Salary is not satisfactory than other companies at same post level, But decided salary is deposit timely on your account.

Teammates are good and supportive, they not give any training we have to understand by our own. No transport facility available

Need to improve employees security for future, need to improve essential facilities about health,one man show is also very bad procedure here,and mainly when production is not satisfactory to customer,then RND is very essential, there should be make some changes or change the particular part.
