It’s a good place to start your career as a fresher. You will get to learn a lot if it’s for a technical role. I’m not certain about non-technical roles.

No appraisal will be processed. It has already been 2 years without appraisal. The pay is not as per market standards. Most of the freshers get underpaid and forced to follow strict timings.

The work culture and the fact that you get an exposure in such a special field is a plus point other than that, pay and other facilities are next to negligible

Salary Structure and career growth are just pathetic

You will get salary exactly on last day of every month.

Dislikes

No salary hike, only once in two years. Too much politics. U will be asked to do all sorts of work like both hardware, software documentation, testing etc, but finally you will end up without knowing anything.

Company not at all hiring young engineer instead they are interested in recruiting retired people. Work culture is very bad No career growth and salary appraisal, because of politics The dangerous politics played by GM of Microwave division Good Salary appraisal for only close contacts of GMs or DGMs of Microwave division No importance for for hardworking people because of politics by GM of Microwave division Importance only for those who manages with out doing any work No prior planning of Project execution No technical knowledge for team leads The worst, selfish, workless, careless person is GM of Microwave division One persons selfishness causing company to suffer a lot

Company is good. Salary on time even during lockdown they have paid full salary to employees.

Dislikes

Carrier growth is very slow. Even if you work hard and compete the project within time limit then also they will not give promotion.
