Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours.

One of the greatest strength at the Rudrapur Plant is the team of operators working for more than 25 years which makes the company highest value taker of loyalness. To achieve cost reduction in products with high Quality all the departments including R & D ,D&D, Production and Quality are committed to research new technology and innovation. Internal Poltics in management circle is one of the drawbacks which make them unable to work as team. One has to work hard a lot and gets a time a lot to come up in promotion. Increments are below expectation.
