Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours.

Today Not only in India but the whole world is witnessing it's presence as many collaboration are in way and already started with likes of Nishikawa . Alp has has done two installation in Thailand and South Africa which proves it's growing power. One of the greatest strength at the Rudrapur Plant is the team of operators working for more than 25 years which makes the company highest value taker of loyalness. This loyalness could have not achieved by compassionate and dependable HR. To achieve cost reduction in products with high Quality all the departments including R & D ,D&D, Production and Quality are committed to research new technology and innovation. Internal Poltics in management circle is one of the drawbacks which make them unable to work as team. One has to work hard a lot and gets a time a lot to come up in promotion. Increments are below expectation.
