Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. At first it was a great company to work for but management doesn't know what they are doing and do not put their employees first but yet except a 110% commitment from their staff

Dislikes

Salaries are always late, no explanation or communication at all, they do not care about your debit orders or credit score. Employees are always behind with their personal payments due to this. This is a one man's show and not really a good company to work for.
