No Boundation of time... You can reach 1 hrs late... It's no problem Feels like doing Government job.... Work load pressure is negligible.

No proper management systems. No proper safety protocol followed. Maximum retired persons are working here. No upgrade systems are adopted. The behavior of old persons are very pathetic at Howrah factory.

Dislikes

Factory culture is not so good and odisha bad environment due to strong political influence. Need improvement to change the traditional culture to sustain in market.

I was in Purchase Department. To me Teammates were excellent.Relation with other colleagues were good and co-operative. Only problem is that there is no growth.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
