And salary issues workers are fully harassment Notice period they need but no appointment letter no offer letter no salary slip Bonous they deducted from your salary If one month notice period not completed but before joining no one can tell you about this notice period no pl cl sl . If notice period not completed then they will hold your two month salary . Don't go there .

The teammates you get are the only support system you will ever have. You will get to learn business tactics, but that comes with a huge price. I would recommend you to skip this place and get yourself placed with a larger organization. There are a lot of fake promises and manipulation.

Dislikes

They do not have a proper salary structure, organizational structure. They will use you until you are valuable to them. This is a terrible place to work. My advice is to all the people is just leave and find a better company for yourself.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
