The company is the best for the beginner's. Which is the best experience for learning aspects.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also, there is no on -job training for freshers, senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

I get job satisfaction here in alok industries, lots of new work to learn here, everyday you will be find a new thing to learn in face of challenge and opportunity.

Less salary basis. In comparison to work

No dedicated space fir IT software people in silvassa plant they are sitting in a scrap box store room and doing there work

Not even a simple washroom facility available in IT building salary are very low very bad HR and leave policy canteen facility is available but the food quality is terrible

It is big company with lots of opportunities to utilise your talent and learn something new.

...g here for about 5 and a half years but I haven't understand appraisal system(i.e Increase in the salary).

No career growth. Very bad salary. People are mostly under educated and un skilled. Top management was unprofessional. Canteen food was below standard . No training plans. No trainers.
