No dedicated space fir IT software people in silvassa plant they are sitting in a scrap box store room and doing there work

Dislikes

Not even a simple washroom facility available in IT building salary are very low very bad HR and leave policy canteen facility is available but the food quality is terrible

Office friends were good. That the only thing

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No career growth. Very bad salary. People are mostly under educated and un skilled. Top management was unprofessional. Canteen food was below standard . No training plans. No trainers.

...afeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary like and bonus every year
