This company was adopted professional work life which support individuals carrier, it was my first work life & learning platform for me. The organisation management was fully policy based.

Compensation growth was very slow.

No dedicated space fir IT software people in silvassa plant they are sitting in a scrap box store room and doing there work

Not even a simple washroom facility available in IT building salary are very low very bad HR and leave policy canteen facility is available but the food quality is terrible

It is big company with lots of opportunities to utilise your talent and learn something new.

...g here for about 5 and a half years but I haven't understand appraisal system(i.e Increase in the salary).

Office friends were good. That the only thing

No career growth. Very bad salary. People are mostly under educated and un skilled. Top management was unprofessional. Canteen food was below standard . No training plans. No trainers.

Training There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 0 years before which you can't resign on the job training is given to new job
