Management is good, no micro-management. Took initiative for activities on a regular basis apart from monthly celebration and fun Friday. Constantly invest in their office infrastructure.

No increment in last 2 years in entire company.

The best thing about the company is they are very supportive, they help you not only in company matter but your personal matters too. They have separate team with whom you can connect whenever you are not feeling well and they come up with a great decision.

Dislikes

Disliking thing is that , there is no coordination between the one and the other teams, I wish this could be possible because it will definitely affect the organization in the long run. Sometimes I feel like are we working in the same organization. I know everybody is working on different clients but we need toh coordinate with each other so that we can learn new things about the market and the clients by our own.

Everything.No job security. Immediate termination without any verbal communication from manager, No knowledge transfer at the time of joining, unprofessional, unethical, worst experience of life, cunning, toxic work culture, No value for human life.
