No portal to monitor leaves and holidays or anything for that matter No letter of appraisal or promotion. Appraisal is entirely depends on your performance. No training for freshers and no referral bonus

Candidate will get good opportunity to work in multiple technologies, WFH policy(Few of teams have WFH few don't), Good support from Managers and TL

Don't provide standard deductions in salary like PF, Insurance. Leave policy leaves gets collapsed, Work life balance need to work extra hours, Work pressure as you get different technologies to work with you will need time to learn and implement work in that technology.
