Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours

Excellent company to work for, Job security is 100% , even in pandemic we were paid and and did not ask us to leave like other companies, work culture is also upto the mark

My teammates was good. Also my Outlet Manager Mr.Musaraff is a good person. Any time he gave me suggestions for increasing my life.

There was a Food and Beverage Service Manager named Mr.Bablu.He was not a good person. Always he was ragging with the all junior staff of him.He didn't co-ordinate with Food and Beverage Service department staff.

Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park is an excellent place to work and learn to grow your career. Worked there for 2 years and all I knew about this place is " It's different by design".. Great team and work experience..
