Management not listen and torture the security guard not give vacation on time .i already talk with ms hala our company owner she also not listen Gm sudheer Om sam p Are not treat well with guard

Culture, bureaucracy, lack of authority, absolutely useless admin staff and a boss who demands the sky while paying just the minimum

This company one of the leading company in bahrain, also they have good projects are future. Almoyyed have good name in the market & ministry. I was really enjoyed & worked hardly, so finally I got a good name from every my client & consultant.

Dislikes

When I proved my self i am a good engineer, then management informed to handle three projects, yes I handled well...I got a good name, but when i submitted my salary increment letter, they didn't agree what I requested. So my suggestion don't loose good engineers with this small issue, Keep It & appreciate different angle...should be required who are working hard.
