Support system use to be good in this company, but currently all the good employees have been fired.so there is no as such support in the organization.

Pay structure is very bad. They can't afford a salary of a good employee, hence they promote all the downliners for managerial position.

Excellent place for workholic people...your aspirations are fulfilled if you work in right direction...good work environment & work culture.. Teammates are superb....Management do micro- management but they are supported and your opinion will always will considered. You should know how the put things.

More internal politics . Good management but worst internal team Head and VP are the key player for all politics and miscommunication. Try to remove hard working ppl and keep the gossip and lazy employe for his benefit.

The management can change your role any time, the VP is always busy stalking other performance and manipulating also the HR use of nothing, no work ethics, role or responsibility about her own profile. no job security can be terminate any time with out reason. one should never join
