Almats is like a family. Have been associated with this family for 13 yrs now. (5+8 yrs). There is lots of career growth within the company if you put your hard work into it. Social celebrations, employee benefits are also taken care of.

Support system use to be good in this company, but currently all the good employees have been fired.so there is no as such support in the organization.

Pay structure is very bad. They can't afford a salary of a good employee, hence they promote all the downliners for managerial position.

More internal politics . Good management but worst internal team Head and VP are the key player for all politics and miscommunication. Try to remove hard working ppl and keep the gossip and lazy employe for his benefit.
