Career growth is almost zero. No training, no skill development program is there. It will absolutely make you become dull if you work here for a long time. Also the dusty environment will hamper your health also.

Management behaviour is very bad. Engineering student Treat as a labour. Plant associates are hourly employee. No staff catagory. 2or 3persons are technically sound but rest all are employee through reference. No carrier growth no MNC culture good.

Good company having secure job, and very good work life balance, good policy, good global support, free transport to plant, food. Good office, safety and 5s are good,

Dislikes

Work environment is not friendly, peoples are having changing personality, No health insurance provided by company for management employees.
