There is a kot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues.salary is descent but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees.almarai construction feild facilities too bad,but farming ok.salary not increasing in construction feild but farming feid ok.

Staff is very Supportive, you will learn alot depending on your ability. on time salary, Good accomodation, average food in canteen. Other benefits are good. But work and life balance is poor. No great enjoyment unless you stay in city side. Overall its great company.

Food is worst. Salary structure is less than other companies.
