Great it’s awesome before I am working in India maintenance and repair work suddenly I am going to Saudi Arabia in al majal al arabi group I have knowledge to how installed a new substation work as well as 32kv/11kv install a new transformer HT ACB VCB PT CT ISOLATER and ISOLATER ERECTER works know today I have good knowledge as well as like a engineer

No buddy speak in English only speaking arabic that’s the big issue of any fresher candidate

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
