No Job Security Cut salary for months and then lay off suddenly. Founders know nothing about how to run a company. Didn't gave appraisal as well. Didn't get any funding since last 1.5-2 years.

...'ll get laid off without any notice any day. Extremely poor experience in total. After they terminate you, they'll not even pay you the severance and final settlement. They give 0% value to their employees and the services they have provided. No increment or any other benefits. After laying off employees, and not giving them the settlement, they are hiring again and this shows their professionalism.

Management and founders. Company failed to even pay severance pay of laid of employees despite continuing to hire new employees. Built on false Promises to both its employees and students

Dislikes

The organization lacks job security, as employment termination often follows project completion. Despite dedicating over 1.5 years to the company, there is no opportunity for advancement. Management frequently makes unilateral decisions without involving relevant teams or team managers. The overall management structure appears ineffective, evident in past failed startups by the AlmaBetter's Founders and a failure to learn from past mistakes. Employee value is not priortized, as evidencd by unfulfilled promises and inconsistent decision-making. Workload is disproportionately high, accompanied by salary reductions.

Nothing to like. They fire without any reason. Shivam dutta is delude and ingnoramus Founders are under-experienced. Managers are under-qualified. Severance package delayed after firing. Leaders are mentally unstable. Investors were deaf and dumb before investing into this company.

Everything except few good friends that I had during my tenure there.
