I had a personal issue that occurred with my personal life which made me use my time wisely while in the same sense, it added a lot of support from my organization. I was given two weeks of working from home for half of the day so that I could manage personal issues and continue with my job calls. That's the kind of flexibility and understanding I really value in my workplace.

Dislikes

The only reason I am not giving five stars is that there was some pressure even when I was working in the organization.

In a view of recent medical emergency, i have been working from home from past few months.I do hereby get Extraordinary support from the management, which genuinely cares about employees concerns. This accomodating work arrangement has not only helped me recover but also allowed me to acquire enormous knowledge, further enhancing my professional growth.
