More stress..they said 6hrs of working but in work from home we are all working for more than 12hrs 13hrs...but they are saying in automation ur working only 5hrs nu saying...

Since it is a startup, with a new project of 80+ users, there is a huge scope of growth.

But logical thinking, when it comes to management is missing. Also the policies keep changing without prior notification from person to person. More importantly, job security would be consern. Nearly 80% of the first batch of employees has resigned or terminated. When an employee is terminated, they don't ask the reason or explanation. The decision would be already taken and it would enforced. Since it's the first time, they are handling a big client, they are not aware of how to manage a big crowd. In order to get the work done, they make multiple promises and once the work is done, they come up with reasons for not able to keep up the promise.
