On time salary, admin department was the only one that was friendly.

Project - Was hired as technical lead at Microsoft project but never got the chance to work/treated like one. Got demoted after sometime because of internal politics Most of the people were tired because few SEs did not want to work at all and just take salary while sitting idle the whole time. Undergraduates were given the position of leads and managers without even checking their background. Overall experience has been nothing short of a nightmare for me and it also effected my family too. Hope things get better or the company gets shutdown

Salary is paid on time 5 days a week policy

Dislikes

1. Night shift is not suitable to every one. So if some one gets health issue or is not comfortable, it becomes very problematic to work in such scenario. 2. Notice period is 3 months. So even if you have served a few days or months, management asks to serve full notice period or pay the equivalent amount to notice as mentioned in the appointment letter. Since terms are vague, employee is pressurized for serving the notice or pay the notice amount.

Only the work life balance in my project was good.

Everything starting from the HR policies, to the inexperienced management and the leaders on the role, they lack professionalism and basic human courtesy.

Management is not upto the basic standard indeed. They make fake commitments and start ignoring you if you are not a billable resource. Management is more business centric and don't even care about employees if they are facing any challenges or need support. I worked here as a Project Manager and don't do any PM activities. Account head is so unresponsive that she simply ignores you whenever you reach out to her. HR head doesn't pick your call and don't even bother to take any follow-up. He just stopped my appraisal because I applied for an internal posting into Tech M giving reasons that I am looking outside for a job. An entire team filed written complaints against a manager about his behavioural issues and management said they are helping him to learn people management :) You can imagine the kind of thought leadership they have :)
