Management is self centred .no proper communication.nothong much to learn ,They will sign a bond and harrash you till you drop a resignation within service agreement period and later pay 2L + dues...so not recommended at all,

If you are lagging in something then sometimes manager will target you. No increament as per expectation In free time you have to prepare documents for new joinee

Management is not supportive. Didn't provide company systems during covid 19 lockdown. Employes were asked to used personal systems. Office politics. Company Policies are not employee friendly.
